Founded on a Simple Observation
Trisma was founded by Alex Phommasathit and Linda Lianoudom, healthcare professionals who built Diversified Health Management from the ground up. After years of delivering home health services across Ohio, they saw the same pattern over and over: talented clinicians buried under paperwork, disconnected systems creating gaps in care, and an industry slow to adopt the tools that could fix both.
So they decided to build those tools themselves.
Trisma is the holding company that houses both the clinical expertise of DHM Agency and a dedicated health technology division. The name reflects our three-pillar approach: clinical care, intelligent technology, and measurable impact.
